Youth Exhibitor Entry Form - This form should be completed and presented when registering your entries in the arena lobby on Monday evening (7:00 - 9:00) or Tuesday morning (9:00 - 11:00).

Adult Exhibitor Form - This form should be completed and presented when registering your entries in the arena lobby on Monday evening (7:00 - 9:00) or Tuesday morning (9:00 - 11:00).

Light Horse Entry Form - Entrants are encouraged to complete this form and submit it to the event organizer prior to a fair day.

Durham Region Special Events Form - This form must be completed by food vendors and submitted to Durham Region Public Health for approval in advance of the fair.

Vendors Information

Welcome, we value your participation in our fair.

Both outdoor and indoor vendor spaces are available. To reserve a space for the upcoming fair, contact us early by e-mail (bdobbinb@gmail.com) or by calling Bill Dobbin at (289.354.0339). Your space will be allotted pending receipt of your completed contract application at which time it will be officially reserved.

When applying for insurance, please the address of the

fair location is 20 Park Street, Sunderland, ON L0C 1H0.

 

Food Vendors

1.   Complete the Food Vendor Contract.

2.   Send the completed contract, proof of five (5) million dollars of liability insurance naming the Sunderland Agricultural Society and the Township of Brock as additionally insured with payment to Sunderland Agricultural Society and mail to the Vendor Coordinator (Bill Dobbin), 22100 Hwy. 12, Sunderland, ON L0C 1H0.

3.   Food vendors must also complete and submit the Durham Health Registration: Community Special Events

 

Arena / Indoor Product Vendors

1.   Complete and submit the three (3)  page Indoor Vendor Contract.

2.   Send the completed contract, proof of two (2) million dollars of liability insurance naming the Sunderland Agricultural Society and the Township of Brock as additionally insured with payment to Sunderland Agricultural Society and mail to the Vendor Coordinator (Bill Dobbin), 22100 Hwy. 12, Sunderland, ON L0C 1H0.
