Welcome! We value your involvement in our fair. Please contact our Fair Secretary early in order that plans are in place for your participation.

Food Vendors

1. Complete the food vendor contract.
2. Complete and submit Durham Health Registration.

3. Submit payment, the food vendor contract, a copy of the public health registration & proof of insurance to the Fair Secretary.

Product Vendors & Exhibitors (Indoor Space)

1. Complete & submit  page 1 of the general contract.
2. Complete & submit page 2 of the indoor contract.

Product Vendors & Exhibitors (Outside Space)

1. Complete & submit page 1 of the general contract.
2. Complete & submit page 2 of the outdoor contract.
