Information for Vendors

Welcome! We value your involvement in our fair. In order to ensure that plans are in place for your participation please contact us early by e-mail or by calling Paul Harder (705) 357-2140.

Food Vendors

1. Complete the food vendor contract.
2. Complete and submit Durham Health registration.

3. Submit payment, the food vendor contract, a copy of the public health registration & proof of insurance to the Fair Secretary.

Product Vendors & Exhibitors (Indoor Space)

1. Complete & submit two (2) page Indoor Vendor Contract.

Product Vendors & Exhibitors (Outside Space)

1. Complete & submit two (2) page Outdoor Vendor Contract.
